Bonded NdFeB - magnetic encoder - robotic joints
2026-9-1
This product is a thin, flat, multi-pole magnetic ring with a matte black surface.
It is a bonded NdFeB double-coil magnet designed for robotic applications. Two magnetization versions: 64+62 poles and 128+126 poles.
Unlike rubber magnets, bonded NdFeB does not require an additional base, reducing material costs and offering a single integrated unit.
Moreover, rubber magnets have inferior temperature resistance compared to bonded magnets; they are also more susceptible to magnetic interference, whereas bonded magnets exhibit significantly better anti-interference performance.
This bonded NdFeB is compatible with HAUS series sensor chip designs, providing stable and reliable magnetic signals for sensor detection.
The magnetic ring features tight dimensional tolerances and consistent magnetic output performance, making it widely used in rotary encoders, speed monitoring, and position sensing devices.
It can withstand higher operating temperatures and is suitable for various harsh working environments.
This product is available in multiple specifications and custom solutions are also offered to meet diverse customer application requirements.
