Plastic Ferrite (Injection‑molded Ferrite Magnet)

2026-9-8

Injection‑molded ferrite magnets are produced by injection‑molding process using bonded magnetic powder and plastic.

They share the general properties of ferrite magnets: low remanence and low magnetic energy product, which results in relatively weak magnetic pull. Nevertheless, they feature high coercivity and good corrosion resistance.

They can operate under high‑temperature conditions. With very low cost and no need for coating, they can be made into highly complex geometries while meeting tight tolerance requirements.

Furthermore, they can be directly over‑molded onto plastic or metal parts in one‑step forming, delivering greatly improved mechanical performance.

Applications: DC motors, flow meters, copiers, sensors, etc.

Magnetic Performance: Maximum achievable magnetic energy product ranges from 0.6‑2 MGOe.

Magnetization modes: Multi‑pole magnetization, diametral magnetization, thickness‑direction (axial) magnetization, etc.
