Bonded NdFeB--Epoxy black-thick walled

2026-9-10
Bonded NdFeB is a precision permanent magnet material manufactured by mixing NdFeB magnetic powder with binder through compression molding and injection molding processes.
Magnetic powder includes domestic powder and imported MQ melt-spun powder, with a maximum working temperature of 160℃.
Compared with sintered NdFeB, bonded NdFeB has lower magnetic performance. Its remanence (Br) ranges from 6 to 8kGs, nearly half of sintered NdFeB. It features stable magnetic output and consistent performance, ideal for miniature and precision devices.

Two surface protections are available: black epoxy coating and gray epoxy coating. Both have identical magnetic properties and are only distinguished by color. The epoxy coating provides excellent anti-corrosion performance and outstanding salt spray resistance, greatly improving durability and environmental adaptability.

Most bonded NdFeB products are compression molded. Customized items require mold opening and mold fees. Special magnetization methods other than axial and radial magnetization require additional fixture charges. The magnets feature high dimensional accuracy, good toughness, and anti-cracking performance, suitable for thin-wall, special-shaped and multi-pole magnetic rings.
