This custom irregular ferrite soft magnetic core is an electromagnetic component made of MnZn or NiZn ferrite. Adopting dry pressing with custom molds and high-temperature sintering, supplemented by precision machining and full finished-product inspection, it can be fabricated into complex non-standard profiles such as arcs, grooves, steps and slots with reliable dimensional accuracy.
The core boasts high initial permeability, low coercivity and low high-frequency loss. It delivers fast magnetic response and stable magnetic circuits under alternating magnetic fields. Optional Parylene insulating coating can boost voltage resistance, moisture resistance and corrosion resistance to satisfy harsh working conditions.
Widely applied in sensors, high-frequency inductors, pulse transformers, power modules, new energy electronic controls, photovoltaic inverters, industrial power supplies and medical automation equipment. Customization is available according to customer drawings, samples or magnetic circuit designs. Sampling and supply of small and large batches are supported.
