Sintered AlNiCo products are made by powder metallurgy process and can be sintered into small‑sized shapes. They possess good demagnetization resistance, with a maximum operating temperature up to 550°C, which enables their applications in many fields. The Curie temperature can reach 860°C. Low temperature coefficient: the temperature coefficient of remanence (Br) is ‑0.016 ~ ‑0.02 /°C.
Performance: Sintered AlNiCo delivers slightly lower magnetic properties than cast AlNiCo. We can produce AlNiCo magnets with diverse magnetic properties and complex shapes and dimensions, including isotropic AlNiCo2, anisotropic AlNiCo5, AlNiCo8, AlNiCo8HC, etc.
Dimensions and Tolerances: For standard sintered AlNiCo magnets, tolerances can be controlled within ±0.05 mm.
Surface Treatment: Most AlNiCo products need no surface treatment owing to excellent corrosion resistance. Painting and other treatments are available upon customer requests.
Application Fields: teaching aids, magnetic steel for musical instruments, measuring instruments, sensors, temperature and pressure control instruments, magnetic voltmeters, mini speakers, etc.
